Complete necessary paperwork including application forms, house rules agreement, medical clearance documentation, and any insurance or payment information.

Once approved, we'll schedule your move-in date, orient you to the house, introduce you to other residents, and review all program expectations and support services.
Requirements

Sobriety Foundation
Minimum 30 days of sobriety from drugs and alcohol

Treatment Completion
Completion of detox or primary treatment program (recommended)

Program Commitment
Commitment to maintaining sobriety and following house rules

Recovery Participation
Willingness to participate in 12-step or other recovery programs

Safety Standards
No history of violence or predatory behavior
